It hasn't worked in months. Didn't notify you of any surges at all. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still nothing. Two different pins, but no nothing, even when a surge is on the Uber map. Is there an update? Samsung s21 Ultra if that helps. When it worked, it was incredibly valuable as a driver.

The app was phenomenal! But once the new years hit it stopped working I heard something about uber changed something with how there surges are pulled now idk, but I really hope it gets changed. I tried reaching out to the company and has been 4 days and still have not heard back from them.

Was under surge for uber when I purchased a year subscription and now has been changed and wanting me to purchase another year!! My subscription doesn't end until June 2022. Had to reinstall and will not allow me to log in under my Uber account. Major issues!! And can't get a refund!
