Ratings and reviews

App is broken. When trying to login I get a connection error response. A day ago it didn't recognize my login credentials; updated my password and it still failed to login. Now it recognizes my credentials but I receive a connection error message. Cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. The app interface has been neglected for quite awhile now, and now it just doesn't work.

Excellent Lead Source. I was skeptical about paying for a WeddingWire listing, but I have had one for almost a year and I have had over 10 bookings from my listing. I get about 1 or 2 inquiries per week. During engagement season I get about 3 or 4 per week. The app is easy to use and looks just like the website. I have noticed an issue with the messaging system on the app. If I am typing a message and then I change screens or my phone goes to standby, anything I wrote will disappear.

Super lag is an issue with the app more times than not. Glad they finally added the phone number for couples to The Knot, but now the option to turn a word into a hyperlink no longer functions properly. The only way a hyperlink works on the knot side of things is to paste the entire link which looks terrible. On the Wedding Wire side of things you can provide a hyperlink at all so you have to tell clients to copy and paste the long link to your custom brochure. . . Its been years since the merg
