We provide tools and resources to ensure you have a restful night of sleep, improve mood balance, and fall asleep with ease. Not sure where to start? Try using Body Scan, a scientifically proven technique to help you unwind before bed.



Stress less
The second pillar is all about removing stress and anxiety.

Meditation and breathing practices let your mind rest and recuperate. Our tool helps to relieve stress and anxiety from the get-go, while also building resilience. There's even a handy breathing practice—Physiological Sigh—to push back stress when it hits. Hello, mental bliss.



Enhance productivity
The third pillar focuses on your performance.

Improve your performance by enhancing your concentration, focus, and productivity with the help of our practices. Use NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) by Dr. Andrew Huberman to enter deep rest and improve output. Put on 40 Hz Binaural Beats anytime to improve your concentration and focus.



Improve physical health
The last pillar circles back to you.

Build routines to help you look and feel at your best. Start small—with Daily Hydration, a water tracker to ensure you drink enough daily. Drinking enough water will improve your metabolism and performance. Just fill up the water meter as you drink, and we’ll do all the tracking for you.



Build a routine
Add any of our practices to your personal routine and we’ll give you that extra little push to stay on track, reminding you when it’s time to unwind, destress, or focus. We’ll give suggestions for the ideal time to complete each practice, or you can change it to any time to best fit your schedule—you have full control of your health routine.



Progress tracking
Track your new health habits through the Progress tab. We’ll give you a clear overview of how many practices you complete on a daily and weekly basis. Plus, how many mindful minutes you’ve spent meditating, how much water you’ve tracked, and how much sunlight viewing you’ve completed. You can also easily pinpoint which of the four pillars you spend more time on—or which ones you could focus more on.

For 10K+ downloads there are very few reviews, and mostly negative - which looks suspicious. After listening to both Huberman & Sinclair on the internet, I find the free weeklong coaching by their team (via the four journeys) to be great moments to look forward to. I had only one glitch of the app and it was up and running again, so no problemo on my side. Thank you for this free learning opportunity! You are great people!

I used to use this app mostly for the nsdr sessions by dr. Huberman. I received an email saying, you should upgrade, everything is free now! So I upgraded, and now fewer things are free. I thought maybe it was a glitch, but then I got another email saying, you know how we sent you an email saying everything is free? We didn't mean it. I don't know if they got really good marketing advice, or really bad marketing advice. Either way, it seemed quite disingenuous.

Hi Melissa, we're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the new version and we're sorry for the confusion. However, with the new app, we improved the performance, plus all practices are now free to use. Only NSDR 20 and 30 minutes has locked content right now. Thank you for understanding!

I love the Huberman NSDR, but this new update is terrible. There seems to be less content, paywalls that did not previously exist, the "artwork" that is being used is just offensive to the eyes. I can't bear to even open the application because the images are awful, the most bland and soulless images on a supposed wellness application, a copy paste of the same demoralizing graphics you see everywhere. I'm just going to stick with the YouTube NSDR.
