Angel Studios is the home of groundbreaking shows like The Chosen, Dry Bar Comedy, and The Wingfeather Saga. Our mission is to amplify light, so everything you stream is appropriate to watch with the whole family.

Beyond being uplifting and inspiring, but never cheesy, our TV shows, movies, and documentaries are handpicked by the audience. Every production must be approved by the Angel Guild and crowdfunded by the fans. If you don't like it, we don't make it. This means that a few executive producers don't choose what content comes into your home–you do!

Very disappointed!! We recently found out about the Chosen series. We watched season 1 onthe app by casting to our Samsung TV. Since the update, we can't cast to our TV. My sons and I have tried everything to get it to work. Uninstalled and re-installed. Reset our modem and TV. The only thing that pops up in the cast box is Roku, Fire TV, apple TV, Google TV, I don't have any of that. I even tried to use Smartview and screen mirror from the app to the TV. It shuts us off after 1 minute.

Update: Casting is fixed! No issues at all! But guess what? I don't need to cast anymore because Angel Guild feature is now on Google TV! Great Job! Angel guild works flawlessly! I do wish there was description of the audio for the content, for example: Dolby ATMOS, DTS-X, Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Pro Logic II etc. Also, with the shows there should be a small recap of the previous episode before each episode. That way it brings you back into what was happening right before jumping in.

I absolutely am hooked on the show The Chosen. But it has not been working in the app or on the site. It not only won't cast, but also won't even play on my phone. I've tried everything from reinstalling the app, to restarting my wi-fi and nothing. It's been this way for a few weeks now. Please please find a way to fix this. It has become one of my family's favorite shows, yet we can no longer watch it 😔
