Wow, I want to like this app because the idea of having a front row seat to all of the concerts in the catalog is amazing. Unfortunately, the app itself, whether on mobile or my Samsung TV, is barely usable and really takes away from the positive experience. The app won't save your place if you watch half a concert and come back later. Then, when you do have to start over, navigation controls are EXTREMELY limited, so getting back to your spot is very frustrating. VEEPS, do better.

Well the few that I have experienced on the app which I think is a very cool addition and before the app came along, online website streamed a couple shows from laptop went very well. Last well one before this last one I watched when I found out about the app and downloaded it and was so much more convenient for me on a personal level at times. I'm happy either way. App works fine for me and great quality signal and uninterrupted feed and I have poor service signal sometimes. So it's great 🤘

Recently came across the app and have to admit it's handy to purchase a ticket and watch a gig from the courtesy of their own device, especially if they're not able to be at the live show. Have the creaters thought about expanding it to other live shows, such as sports, etc? I think it would be even better, plus it might bring in more people.
