This app always has failure. Everytime when I want to end my trip I have to restart the app to do so. This morning I wanted to pause the trip outside my home and I locked the bike successfully but the app said I haven't locked it yet, so I couldn't use the app to unlock the bike. However this company said I couldn't lock the bike outside their designated docks otherwise there will be 20 eur fine. It is just a scam, don't ever try to ride their bike.
