Great app. My then 5 year old started with barely knowing her letters and it was a struggle to learn them. With the app she effortlessly got on to reading simple words and short sentences in a couple of months. She doesn't do it everyday too (I limit screen time). I like that there are no distractions! Customer service is AMAZING. I had to move the account to a family link device, change account ownership and bring back the game progress, which support helped me with promptly and courteously.

All progress that my daughter made in 3 weeks was gone and she could not go to the end. She had to strat from the beginning again. The subscription is still even active. The issue was fixed very fast and I was very satisfied. Thank you!
