I love the concept of the game because the story line is great, but it sucks that when trying to get stars to complete the task the coins run out real quickly. Most of the levels are unwinnable to the point you have to buy additional things to be able to complete the level. It would help players more if you would give more coins,because at this point i'm barely playing the game due to lack of coins and i'm about to uninstall.

Update: It seems that the issue with the ads not loading has improved by 90% and they now load instantly most of the time. However, the game still crashes bad. The crashing issue seems to a little better, as I can sometimes get through a level no problem. Then when starting the next one, it freezes and crashes midway through. Sometimes it still crashes on the first try though. This shouldn't be an issue with a brand new phone (Galaxy S24 Ultra)

The game is fun and the story line is fun to read. Here's my issue: Problem is the game keeps crashing midway through a level so you lose progress and have to pay more coins to replay the same level. I can't progress if the game is crashing, and it's not my phone since I had to recently replace it and went for one with more storage.
