I'm giving this a three right now, but I honestly hope this review gets read. The gameplay overall is perfect. Timing of upgrades and things to do makes for a fun experience. The ads aren't exactly excessive, but locking some key features behind a forced ad is annoying. Biggest issue is important quality of life upgrades behind paywalls. We all lead busy lives, and require 8 hours of sleep on average. You CAN upgrade the 2 hour limit, but it's behind a paywall. Fix that, and easily get 5*s!

Cute but the pacing feels off. Right after completing the tutorial, the game pushes you into the next building area which is way way way too expensive to upgrade. The quests push you into a situation that you can only get out of with months of slow game time or by spending real money. I was also tempted to get the ad free upgrade but even on sale it's too expensive for what you get. The game forces you into using gems but gives you very few ways to earn them. Can't even watch ads for them.

I like it - the art is cute and the general gameplay is fun. But I have two gripes, one minor and one major. 1 - the electrical component of the building is not well explained. 2 - the game is very heavily slanted to make you need to view ads to advance. The costs of required room upgrades and even contracts are prohibitively expensive without looking at ads to help. If you don't want to be made to watch ads often this is not the game for you.
