Its was good now its horrible they send the order not complete without telling u that ur item is out of stock drivers never have change and even though the address is very clear they call on the app wich it never rings and they simply leave after waiting a long time to recieve the order and cancel without notice never using the app again even though im a golden user it became horrible

This app is terrible. The interface is very inconsistent. They only ever show you the very inaccurate delivery time, not order time. Customer support is laughable, and they always give excuses. Most of their drivers are horribly inexperienced, and there is only Toters to blame for not training their drivers to use their app properly, with most drivers putting "order on its way" the second they arrive to the restaurant, making tracking USELESS. DO NOT USE TOTERS. Call the restaurant directly.

They used to have a decent service but they no longer do. I use this application daily and lately there's been issues with many of my orders like receiving the food cold because drivers linger around on their way and turn their location off and the last straw was when the restaurants didn't have all the items and just sent me half the order without even calling and notifying, like seriously, what kind of a business model is this? Multiple people waiting to eat and only one gets to. Funny.
