Ratings and reviews

Love this game but I have found 1 glitch so far & therefore I can only rate it 4 stars at this time. The glitch is: Every time I go to watch a video to earn more coins & gifts etc the message that will appear on my phone at the time reads video is not ready yet or something to that nature anyway. I've even went to update the app to hopefully fix the problem but It doesn't have an update app included & therefore I can't do so unfortunately. May I please ask! Why is that so? Please explain! Why?

Fun and gets challenging but great to pass the time with!

I love the game just got to level 947, however I got a new phone and can't move my progress over. Any suggestions??
