i used to use this app for a long time, close to a year, this app functioned very good, but suddenly, i wasn't able to change the watch face sfter resetting my watch Techlife sz100, the watch face centre is blank even if i am restarting the app, even tried to use this in a different phone, still the same error, please fix this team realme, even the custom watch face is not showing too.

I have been using this app since sometime now. Initially it would work fine but lately its been a an absolute pain in the butt. The app causes my device to hang and constantly crashes other apps as well. After updating the app as well its still the same. Keeps showing me failed to connect to the watch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well but it is of no use. Please fix this asap.

I have been using this app for 1 year and till now there has been no problem with the app. But nowadays I'm facing a problem. I'm getting a popup continuously saying that "Realme Fit not responding". I have updated the app many times, but the problem is not solved. It's very annoying for me. And I noticed that they are not fixing and updating the app as per mobiles updates, which is not good for realme watch users. Really disappointed ☹️
