Ratings and reviews

The app will not load now. Thats something someone said in the review years ago!. My clients are complaining about how complicated it is to book with me. That's a Problem! I've been with Square for years, it was much easier for everyone. I do not want to charge my clients a booking fee. I switched over to Styleseat because of my suite mate. She said it worked to get her new clients she would've otherwise not been visible to. Styleseat's help desk response time seems to be better than Square.

Literally just downloaded this app to try to start working for myself a little bit and I can't even figure out how to add myself as a stylist of any kind to put myself out there. I've never used an app more difficult and laggy than this. Even some of the games/apps I've used that were still in development ran better than this. Once things change in these aspects I'll re-evalute the app.

I've used style seat for almost 3 years. The last year it's been awful! App constantly freezes. There's always a charge for my clients. They don't respond to emails and have no customer service to contact. You're charged $35 a month, your client gets $1 booking fee, they take 50% for finding you a client ( even though you found that client), they're charging 20% for a "popular time slot", they charge $10 to book a last minute appointment. This app robs you! I'm switching!
