Login issues.! I can't log in to my account. I've changed my password countless times, but it keeps saying invalid username/password when i try to log in. LFC keep telling the problem is fixed, but clearly is not

The app works perfect, my issue is with the company itself. I placed an order for Christmas with guarantee it would be here for christmas, never arrived and still hasn't, I have contacted them and I have never been dealt with in such an ignorant manner. I was made to feel as if it was all my fault and that I was a bother and a hassle to them to even check up what the issues was, when I said what I was angry about they ended my session, appalling!!

The app is broken now. So much for the fixes and improvements. It tells you to update to the new app, which I did and then just keeps saying update to newest version, which is impossible because I'm already on the newest version. Funny how it's crashed right before Black Friday
