I have been with State Farm for about 7 months and there is hardly any of my info. on the app (or online). It only shows my very 1st initial payment (from months ago) under payments & none of my other monthly payments I have been making. I also never see a bill available on my account to look at. It's very different than any other insurance company we have used before.

Very dated, slow, horribly designed apps. It doesn't allow you to see all your insurance policies, due dates, and amounts in a clear way. List EVERYTHING on the dashboard clearly It tells you that it's due on the 12th. The twelfth of what???? I have 5 policies. It's a game of hide and seek trying to find the due date, amount owed in an easy way. I have a supplemental policy --- can't access the EOBs. I have used the app and the desktop version across multiple devices. Really bad

Been w/State Farm over 25 yrs. New billing system is the most confusing and ridiculous system I have ever seen. Received a bill, got on the app to pay, discovered I was past due on a policy that I never received a bill for. Called my agent and was told SF never sent me a bill. I was also told the bill I have on hand isn't even showing as a bill that is due. With the new billing system, I'm not sure what is due and when. I've always recommended SF. That's changing. May start shopping myself.
