I commend your making stock trading and info available as a mobile app but the stability of the app is terrible. The app crashes often and occassionally fails to refresh or display current values. Also, the watchlist functionality no longer exist on the app. In all, this app could use some major improvements.

This app is useless, I can't log in. It does pop up error message, but it does log in on the web and which it's useless since we can't trade on the web.

I applied for an account opening, and someone called me to say that my address has been verified. It has been about 5 months now, and my account setup is not still complete. Is your customer service this poor? Or maybe "not useful"?
