Note: Safe & Found uses Google Accessibility Services API to enable parents to set up parental controls on their children’s phones to protect them from unwanted or dangerous content. No information is processed or collected using this API except for the purpose of blocking the content defined by the user.

Ratings and reviews

Ever since T- Mobile took over Sprint, Safe & Found does not keep up to date on the location of the synced devices. Notifications of where devices are don't show until 20-40 minutes after the devices have left the house. Additionally, it doesn't follow the devices well as they are traveling. It shows the synced devices at places that are not even within the county or state, especially when two devices are at the same place at the same time. Very disappointed in the way the app runs now.

Latest up date 3/23 Back to a 1. The app fails to load and open for days sometimes. When it does open it doesn't sync. What a pita. Ok. 2.3 has resolved the huge issue of map scale. That's enough to bring it back to a serviceable 3 from the abysmal 1 of 2.0... It still feels clunky, but it's functional again. I am still waiting on custom settings for notification sounds and alerts and additional zones.

I don't like that the location displayed does not have a time stamp. I need to click on the person and update location and half the time it can't locate the person. I preferred that it open Google maps so I can get some detail of where the person is located. I like to track people who are traveling and an update location on the map would be nice.
