The game is absolutely fantastic. The graphics are beautiful, the characters are cute, the outfits are great. Boy is the customer service Absolutely Abysmal. One of the worst response (or lack thereof) I've ever experienced on any mobile game. So if you have an issue with purchases, with glitches or anything else, just deal with it, because the customer support won't help.

It's fun. There's a lot to do, but it's not very time sensitive, so it doesn't feel overwhelming. Disappointed in the dress up aspect, dyeing, and the decorating. You just fill your house with junk. Prices are high and not worth it. The inventory has to be expanded with gems, but doesn't expand much for the cost since gems are expensive and hard to earn...yet inventory is vital. Makes it hard to play after a while...when your inventory is constantly full, you can't do a whole lot.

Cute but costly.. it's also very grindy and takes a good amount of time to level up and packages are very expensive the event section is all paid premium packages also. I think they should lower the cost of packages and actually make events to play to gain items and gems. Don't think it will keep players long term until they improve a lot because I'd rather use my time to play other rewarding games at a lower price point also. So to me all this game has going for it is the cute aesthetics.
