Ratings and reviews

Abysmal! The app is perpetually logging me out multiple times a day, not one single notification, customer service and engineers have no answers whatsoever, spoke on 4 different occasions. You spend $500 on something a year, and you'd think it would at least function properly.

App is great as it is identical to the web interface but the notifications are really lacking. Only had a push notification if the app is running in the background and if that at all. This is the only app I've ever heard of to have that issue but apparently is how it is "supposed" to work. If it could work like any other app where it notifies consistently regardless of status, I would give it a 5-star review.

Helps with our program, but the constant request failures are beyond annoying. No notification sound...half the time there is no notification of any kind. And now the app just constantly fails...white screen...
