I have the Shure Aonic 50. I was initially very excited about them. When I first turned them on the sound quality was amazing... A few hours later I turn them on again, and the sound quality was awful. I mean totally awful. The sound was muffled. The music was in the back ground, the voice sounded like the artist was in a tunnel. Everytime I turn them on this happens for about an hour or two. I reset and hard reset my phone. I am really unhappy. I am stuck with these for 299.00.

The Shure hardware is great, but this app is absolutely frustrating when used with multiple sets of hardware. Simple commands that should be right on the launch screen (like tones, responses, etc,) aren't, and trying to find them is impossible for the alternate pair. The help section is anything but. Fire the entire product management division and start over.

Definitely potential with this app. When using my Shure in-ears it sounds amazing, providing the app is actually working. Every time I select from the artist tab, the app crashes. VERY frustrating. However, a workaround is by selecting what I want to listen to in the "recently added" tab. Also, the parametric EQ should have a wider range of frequency faders (10). The interface and sound quality are exceptional, so with some bug fixes, I could see it the best music player in the App Store.
