Ratings and reviews

This app has some nice features, but it also lacking some. For example, it sends you notifications all the time that you have new results, but when you go to look, it doesn't highlight where. So you spend all this time trying to find what is new, and you can't. Also, as you make claims through your provider, they are added as "conditions", but they are inaccurate. For instance, I went to the doctor for chest tightness, and the app called that "heart failure". OBVIOUSLY not the same thing.

never tracks accurately and has crashed more times in the last few months then I can even count. right now everytime I log in with my credentials whether it's fingerprint biometrics or username and pw the app shuts down before anything else happens. so disappointed 😞

You try to attempt to do the monthly challenges, and it says you are not eligible but the challenge page does give any reasons you are not eligible. Then you put in your steps and the app doesn't update. It is horrible.
