I really like this app. Listeners are here to listen, and there are some nice support groups that have helped me. That's all pointless now because I can't even use the app. I keep getting "network error" even if there isn't a problem with it. I have tried to fix it so much, even deleting and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't work. I didn't email them until about 2 weeks after, but when I did, they said they would reply in 3-5 business days. It's been 13, with no reply!

I'm a listener on 7 cups and I have been for about 4 years now. I love 7 cups and everything it has to offer. The people are interesting, the groups are nice, and it's a great little place to find support and be able to support others. I was excited to find out there was an app, but disappointed to find out that the app lacks many features that the website has. A few examples would be being glitch free, none of the training for listeners, ect. I like the notifications but the app needs work.

I love this app and have been using it for years but all of a sudden I haven't been able to use it recently. As soon as I sign it it glitches. It's like the app is loading but I could sit there for hours waiting and nothing changes. I used to be able to access all the features but now urs unusable. Not sure what it is but it's very upsetting. I cant see the list of groups, my listeners, or any of the other features. It just buffers. I kept uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing works.
