Ratings and reviews

Hard to navigate and find specific items. I was an Instacart shopper and will probably go back to that. My order was missing items I was still charged for and substitutions were made without my knowledge, that I would have not gotten or just done without all together. The only good thing is getting the sale prices.

This app is NOT USER FRIENDLY! It's much easier to find thi gs on the instacart app. I spend too much time on trying to find things. For example Mids spagetti sauce. It only brings up the marinara sauce but not the spagetti sauce. Then it goes into chef boyardee canned spagetti and other nonsense. If they fix the app, I would strongly consider using it; otherwise right now I use instacart. Bugs not fixed. Example I put in half n half; it brought up some but not all plus iced tea with lemon.🙄

Search's need to be tightened. You get to broad of a list of products that have nothing to do with what you are looking for. Take a look at other online retailer shopping apps. Their searches focus specifically on the product you are looking for.
