I myself am an avid speller, and have been competing in the Spelling Bee for a few years now. I'm currently on the last round for Minnesota to move on to Scripps, so this app is really helping me out. Only thing that sucks at times is there's only one way to study bookmarked words - Flash cards. Maybe add more modes for that? Thanks so much, Scripps!

Great to use for studying the spelling of words. I love how you can request to see the definition, origin, part of speech, etc, just like in a real spelling bee. There is no way to contact the developer if you see an error (I clicked on contact support but an error message popped up that said there was no app connected to email the developer) which is unfortunate but otherwise this app is very helpful and easy to use!

This app has made learning words so much easier for my spelling bee participant. The pronounce feature stops once in a while but after he closes and restarts the app, it works again. I also notice that when he spells "alma mater", its always counted wrong. Not sure of what hes doing wrong. Overall, we love the app and the extra word packs are well worth the cost.
