SCB EASYQ is a mobile application enabling customers to check queues, and book queue numbers with SCB EASYQ branches within a self-defined distance. No need to wait in a long line at SCB as you will be notified automatically when your number is going to be called!

Yes, good idea to save queueing in the bank, but please inform your bank staff this is not a replacement for your mobile banking app, which is what we were advised, in both English and Thai language, and that we MUST install it? Excuse me but I have enough apps clogging up my phone as it is - so I have deleted this until I need to pay a visit, when I will download it again. Or....Why not make this VERY simple function a part of your online banking app? If you actually care about your customers
