2. Install AirDroid Business on the the supporter's Windows, macOS or mobile device where you wish to provide remote support.
3. Install AirDroid Remote Support on the supportee's mobile or Windows devices.
4. Initiate a support session with a 9-digit code or from the Device List.
Personal user:
1. Install AirMirror on the supporter's mobile device.
2. Install AirDroid Remote Support on the supportee's mobile device.
3. Get the 9-digit code showing in AirDroid Remote Support app.
4. Enter the 9-digital code in AirMirror and start your help session.

Used a few similar applications, this one by far is the easiest to use. Quick to connect with very low downtime. I have a support team of about 15 people, each with over a dozen clients. We need to have a fast operation and with very little room for errors. we are growing fast, and we need something that can scale with us. Pros: Disconnection is low Pricing is very competitive After-sales support is reliable Cons: Sometimes hard for non-tech customers to install, maybe a web version if possible.

10 minutes of screenshare without any remote control is just as painful as trying to tell them how to do it over the phone. Trial is useless. If i could see how well it works i would buy it (assuming it works) because there are problems that take more than 10 minutes to fix. But im not going to throw money at something without any proof that its functional. Waste of time EDIT: quality software and services ARE worth paying for. Without even a 1time remote access trial, no proof of quality, tho.

When its installed the person has to click on many notifications on the phone in order for it to be remote controlled by other person. Whats the point of it? If the person who needs help knows how to click on notifications and other options then why does he need support. I still prefer teamviewer as it do not show any notification. Install and give the onscreen number to the other person and thats it. Hope you understand the meaning of remote support.
