The Safety Reports Incident App is simple to use and allows employees to quickly and easily document first reports of injuries, illnesses, and near misses using their smartphone or tablet. Our incident app enables contractors to comply with OSHA’s new electronic reporting requirements—just export your 300, 300A, and 301 reports and upload them to OSHA’s ITA website!

Using this app will help expedite and streamline the incident reporting process!

First time I tried this app, it crashed while searching for photo. Restarted and it never saved my incident. Lost all of the work for that incident.

Im having truble createing an account. I don't want my mangers using a program in a medical emergency if they are goimg to need to email custmer servoce to sign in. Signing should not requair custmer service help.

When I create a new incident, it doesnt show me the incident after its submitted.
