Not my favorite safety app. I find it very basic. Scanner button hard to spot in top corner. Login is painful, have to add email and password every time. To sign out of job site you have to re scan tag, more time's than not its having to walk back to scan tag. Painful. Also, I don't see the point of it as our work force all have to use the same email address and password for everyone so just it shows that one person on that site no matter who's really is there. Really don't see the point.

Too many pointless questions. It may be how it was set up by my boss but if I had a cough or anything it said to stay home. My boss said to come in anyway and ignore 365 so a complete waste of time. I worked for a company called ICE which is a learning institute, they did not seem to care about health and safety, this was a box tick for them to look good but it was really just a nuisance.

Have not been able to login to ap since update April/May 2021 on Samsung phone but have been able to login via my Samsung tablet. Unable to create new checklist. Platform has great potential but not being realised and unfortunately Support desk not really interested in constructive feedback. Still no resolution to my ap login issues. Competition is coming from other Hand S support providers. Better start sorting out some of these issues.
