Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings.

Ratings and reviews

Avoid like the plague. They didn't allow a login though Google, so I had to use an email login. I went to turn off auto-renew, and it's nowhere to be found. In the 'welcome' email there was a link to a customer hub, which promised the ability to access my account and make changes, but all it did was take me to a receipt for my payment. I resorted to using 'help' and requested a cancellation. I received an email that did not confirm a cancellation, but instead made more offers. Unprofessional.

Great idea, poor implementation, not worth the money. Looks more polished than other AI language apps and has regional dialects, but dialects are only in the AI tutor, which is BAD. (In the paying at a restaurant lesson, the server says she'll bring the check and then never does, so you can't continue the lesson. All the ones I've tried have similar issues.) Extremely poor voice recognition compared to other apps, and regular misspellings in even basic lessons.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! This app is an absolute ripoff - and their "money-back guarantee" is a complete fraud! They claim the app is enabled by AI. This is an absolute lie. There is no customization or Machine Learning built into this app. It simply responds with a series of standard scripts that do nothing to help you learn the language. The voice recognition feature is flawed to the point of being nearly unusable. The worst part: Neither Jumpspeak or Google will honor their money back guarantee!
