Ratings and reviews

Can't get past the activate account page either. It redirects to the insurance website and never brings me back to the app. I tried the login screen and after entering my email it took me to the provider login page...tried the website and was able to login but it gave me "savings" for medications i pay nothing for. Overall I'm unimpressed with the app and the company as a whole. 0 stars.

I've attempted to me login through the app (which will redirect you to your provider insurance website btw) at least 8 times and was never redirected back to the app... Isn't the point of apps to make things simple. I can't even use the app to properly rate it. Hard pass on the app I'll stick to the website.

Can't get past login. Redirects me back to the activation screen. I called the provided number, and they are trying to fix this. The support team worked with me in fixing this problem. They called me back on several occasions until they found the issue. It now works as intended.
