With the latest update, app doesn't even open. It's just showing a message to update the app even though the app is updated already. A lot of Useful Features from the old app are missing in this new app. 1. App is very slow, takes a lot of time to load the map with nearby places. 2. Live Bus and Metro tracking doesn't work properly. 3. Bus/Metro delays and cancelations are not displayed. 4. Unable to plan trips using the departure or arrival time feature. It is just stuck at departure time only.

This application is the most terrible update to the perfect application that was the old S'hail. You don't even have the option to check for all the departure points on the road, they have limited it so you only have access to one side of the road only(a very amazingly genius move if u ask me!🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒) If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just roll back the update. Clearly, you guys need to listen to the users since we are the ones using it. Get a clue and undo everything.

The new app is terrible!! Old one was so good and quick, I could get options on the move & catch a bus in the next min. Clearly, have NOT thought of convenience, only made nice looking graphics and forgot what's the main purpose of the app. So many flaws, can't list in 500 limit. Basic of all, I select time as arrival, but it always shows me options with departure. Can't go back with my phone back. Asks for unnecessary confirmation every step. Just keep the old app interface, with new graphics.
