This app looks like it was designed by an inexperienced developer, learning on the job and the UI/UX designer / team I feel I traveled back in time with little digital design capabilities. I have an account used my husbands number I lost access to and my husbands number is unusable, cant both be on the app now, if you actually helped me delete that account link review will go up... If you want an amazing designer for user friendliness, ease of use, designed with simplistic beauty (my husband)

2 stars because it does enough but this app is so terrible. It's half displaying an experience for dog sitters and half for a client. It's glitchy and slow. It's hard to make settings changes. And when I forgot my password, it locked me out for 24 hours so I couldn't message my sitter. For a company that has been around for so long and makes a bunch of money off of sitters, there's no excuse for it to be this bad.

These guys are lucky that they're basically the only game in town. The app's unintuitive and buggy interface is well-documented in other reviews. As a pet owner, it works well enough for what it is... But if you encounter any form of trouble, things fall apart. The only solve they offer is contacting customer service, which often has a language barrier and can't offer any support other than helping you find another Rover (which isn't much use if the issue is urgent).
