I bought the unlimited access pass to use the remote (20.99). Finally connected to my TV and when I went to use the volume buttons (the ONLY reason I got the app) it said it couldn't perform the function. So I get online to see if I am doing something wrong. I then reopen the app and it is no longer connected to my TV and saying I need to make a payment to use the remote AFTER already paying 20.99 for unlimited use. Absolutely ridiculous.

The app is garbage. It wouldn't allow you to do use it because anything you tried took you to a "membership/accessible fee page ". If you hit use limited version it would send you back to the control but the moment you touched anything it sent you back to the "pay to play" page.

I downloaded the app and it did not work at all. This app is total garbage . They charged me $ 5.50 for an app that would not even connect to the TV and does not offer refunds. It says 7 day trial but as soon as you click to try it for 7 days they steal your money and then tell you no refunds.Had I known that I would not have even downloaded this garbage. Developer ought to be ashamed ripping people off with this piece of trash. How to I the take my 1 star away. Because it's not worth no star.
