Excellent guide for a novice. I have had the app for a while, the videos are self explanatory visual guides. There is no audio, which is stated in the app.

No audio, so little hard to understand what's happening. Missing certain body part techniques. Still helpful. Slot of information. Could be better though.

Technique videos Keeps crashing and won't load videos. Skeleton rotation can't be stopped and is rather useless because of that. Sadly 2 bucks wasted on what could have been an awesome app At lease routines works
