Once you’re booked on a cruise, plan your entire vacation from the app. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade beverage packages for endless toasts, and internet packages to stay connected while at sea, though the app is free to use on ship Wi-Fi.

Put together the perfect spa day... or days... and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the arcade, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.

Set sail like a pro

As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.

To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.

Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. Track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

Ratings and reviews

Found the app useful on my last cruise & appreciate the improvements since then. However, ... While I run it, successfully, on my cellphone, an UMIDIGI A11 with Android 11. I would like to run it on my Android tablet, an UMIDIGI MT10 with Android 13, to take advantage of the larger screen. Until now, I have run all desired apps on both devices. With your app, I can not even find it from the tablet. Searching Play Store does not locate it. Using the Play Store link @ RCCL doesn't resolve.

Work in progress, layout confusing, schedule only what they let you. We have to go to the service desk to change reservations. Text only works an hour, and you have to log out and back in setting for it to work. Will not install on android samsung tablet. (Per zoom rep onbo ard). New cruisers, horrible experience for them. Always, ALWAYS, ask for the paper cruise compass put in your cabin. The app is not user friendly and who wants to carry a phone on a cruise. That's not a vacation. 4/24 nochan

It is definitely not consistent. Sometimes it will show the excursions I haved signed up for, but mostly my calendar is just blank. UI is crazy confusing having one day to pull down and another to scroll through sideways, like it was put together by two competing groups. Sigh, no other choice as far as apps since it is their one and only official app :-( I did get it to work, however for the second time since installing I had to remove all the saved data for the app.

What's new

With this release, we added a guest wallet to manage payment methods. We also made feature enhancements, like pinch and zoom on deck maps, improved performance, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.
