Lots of good info but cannot open files already downloaded after closing. Really frustrating. Makes it very difficult to use when on ship, where we need it the most.

We have not had this issue reported to us before, and we'd certainly like to work this through for you. Could you share the details at justin.ledoux@quickseries.com? And any relevant screenshots would be immensely valuable. Thank you.

Outdated, waste of time. It is 2022, and it only show 2020 as the latest info. Still list cancelled publications. Just like the navy put something out but dose not keep it updated and use's wrong items.
