About this app

Protect yourself and your device from battery overheating / explosion. This app's purpose is to detect unusual battery temperature rise and notify you immediately to take preemptive measures. App will send notification and sound alerts on full charging i.e. 100% battery charge.
Heating and exploding mobile batteries is not so uncommon. Internet is filled with reports of many such incidents. A phenomenon called as thermal runaway is the reason for most of the battery explosions. In this process, heat is not able to escape from battery and it keeps getting hotter until it melts or explodes. Reasons for unusual rise in battery temperature or explosion can vary from overcharging, use of inappropriate charger, aging battery, heating of mobile due to heavy multi-tasks, surrounding temperature, etc. We cannot stop this from happening, but at least alert the mobile user of unusual rising temperature so that appropriate device and personal safety measures can be taken.

Following features of this App will help keep you and your phone battery safe:
1. Battery temperature notifications: Alerts you when the battery temperature has reached max temperature defined by user through notification, or sound. This will help you to notice the over heating hot battery.
2. Battery charging notifications: Alerts you when 100% battery charge i.e. battery full charge. This will help unnecessary over charging of phone.
In addition to 100% charging notification, app can notify when the charging is out of optimal battery charging cycle i.e. 30% to 80%. It is scientifically proven that battery life is extended if its charged only till 80% instead of 100% charging.
3. Sound Alert: To make you aware of rise in temperature or charging levels if you are away from the phone.
4. Highly customizable: Define max temperature, sound, vibration, silent profile condition, etc. as per your needs.
5. Safety precautions: Guidelines to avoid battery heating and what can be done if there is unusual rise in battery temperature.
6. Apps battery usage: Get statistics on battery usage by apps.
7. Low on resources: It is simple, lightweight and works silently in background with no ads and no unnecessary permissions requirement.

While it was thoughtful to think of making an app that alerts when battery temperatures soar high so as to enhance battery longevity (heat being the greatest enemy of long-term life of the battery in the form of number of charge and discharge cycles) , there's no option to play battery alert at specific percentage so as to unplug the charger at that percentage.

It has all sorts of warning functions as well as battery function health measures. So, 5s and thank you. Please pay Rs. 10, and encourage to build more such functional apps.

Just waste of money. Does not update temperature, does not make any warning about high temperature. Very disappointed!
