Downloaded the app, and all it says is error! Can't log in or do anything! Alot of good that does! Update: it's now a month later, and I still can't log into the app. Still says error when trying to open it! It's very frustrating and has no point in "downloading" an app if it doesn't even open to use!

App simply does not work at all when attempting to reset user ID or login, And the wait times are horrible to get threw to anyone on the phone in any way, (Multiple minutes of talking to a bot which barely functions before you even get put on hold.) This app is garbage and so is the company's website.

App does not work. Downloaded it twice and all I get is "Oops! something went wrong!" error message as soon as I opent the app.
