My experience with Zip until now has been excellent! I have been using zip regularly for over a year, from online shopping to using my Zip card in store. I have referred friends and family...my loyalty should count for something. With that being said, I am so disappointed in Zip denying me access to my account without a reason why. I can't seem to get an answer from customer service, apparently they're researching into the issue. It's not complicated, either my account has been canceled or not.

It was easy to apply and it was easy to work with and I had no issues with setting up and using. I thought I was going to prefer this over other 3rd party apps but their system automatically places a hold on your account they don't explain why and this whether you have funds available or not stops you from using their service. Even if you have payments let to make. You can only see those but there will be no other access to their system. Closing my account for this reason alone after paid off.

Had a zip account for 2 years and installed the app on my old phone, useful app, no problems. Changed phones and carriers and couldn't log into the app. Wouldn't let me change my phone number on the website. Had to contact customer support and prove my claim. Aubrey and Camille got my number changed quickly, and I have full access again! Some people will consider this an inconvenience, but I appreciate knowing someone can't easily change your info and get access to your account.
