The app is frustrating. It would preview in portrait mode but then switch to landscape mode once I hit print. Half the time it would say "printing" but then not do anything and I have to close the app and restart before it'll print. As far as the device itself, the print quality is mediocre at best and downright blurry at worst. All test photos I used were of high quality directly from my phone and not downloaded via text/FB/etc. I'm returning it.

There is a "new firmware available" that ends up as "update failed" when I try to update it. This app doesn't work anymore. I fixed the situation. I uninstalled this app, and installed "KODAK Photo Printer" instead. It also had an update when I first tried it, which scared me, haha. But the update worked with that app, and I was able to print my photos again! (Not my idea. I first read this suggestion on another review here.)

I cannot use my Kodak instant dock printer to print anything because it is requiring me to update the firmware. I've tried several times. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. This is more than frustrating. Please fix this problem. My next step will be contacting the public service commission as I see other reviews mentioning the same problem. A response would be appreciated. I want to be able to use the item I PAID for.
