Ratings and reviews

I really wanted to like this app but sadly my first experience with UI was awful. Accidentally clicking on "lesson completed" field marks the lesson as completed and there's no way to get it back in the queue, by the student or the teacher, even if you're in the middle of the lesson and it has not been completed. This seems really absurd and a flaw in the app that needs fixed.

It's easy to find tutors, get/send messages, and schedule lessons. It could have been more transparent about how subscriptions work, though. You have to pay for a month at a time, with a minimum of four lessons. The other thing that was a little problem the first time is that the actual lessons work better on a laptop because if the tutor shares their screen, it's too small to see on a phone screen.

This app has potential but the payment system is horrible. You have to "subscribe" to a teacher rather than paying for lessons at your own pace. Since many teachers live in different time zones scheduling lessons can be difficult. I only use this app with one teacher because of this. I would probably spend about 4 times as much money on this app if I could freely schedule lessons when they work for me without committing to a subscription.
