Cool app, great idea... only frustration is for the video calls, the speakerphone doesn't engage and there's no option to change the audio source. Sound comes through the earpiece only, which makes the video call kind of pointless.

I tried to call the bank for my information they said can not tell me the information and that I should download this app and do it that way. Well the app doesn't work. No matter what I do in order to in a video call it displaysa message about already being in call. Mind you I have not made any calls yet or used this app before. I'm very frustrated with the fact that I can't get access or help on my account.

Does not work, everytime I try to have a video call it says I'm already in one and won't let me hang up.
