Okay graphics, mostly boring gameplay. You are the administrator (money collector) of the game building a hospital. Money per patient is sparse, so you're going to need a bunch of adwatch boosts to grow the hospital. Unfortunately, since your character has LETHARGIC TURTLE DRAGGING AN IRON BALL&CHAIN speed, the money collection part of the game is vastly subpar. At level 5 no money collector guys, but you do unlock admittance, nurses, green goo supply guy, ambulance dispatch. Mostly boring.

I really like it so far. It makes so more sense to treat the patient then to clean the room after like most hospital games
