I started on the website and they offered a discount on my item if I downloaded the app. Did that and found a coupon code for an additional 15% off. When I put in that coupon code, it increased the price of the item back to it's website price. Gave me the option to remove, so I did but then the original price went up even more and there was no way to get the original deal they promised.

It was fine navigating through shopping, but I had some issues once I got to the Shopping Cart. I entered multiple addresses but whenever I would move forward to picking the delivery date it would auto delete the last address I put in. It was one of my saved addresses. I restarted the app and entered it in manually (despite it being the same addressed auto entered for some of the other items), and then it finally worked. the AI bot was helpful, although it was a frustrating process at the end.

Honestly the magic mug was underwhelming, you can see the picture before pouring the hot liquid, but the number 1 reason I don't trust this app is that before you click the item is one price, example: the ridge wallet,which is marked as price starting at £74.99 and when you click it actually starts at £99.99, false advertising is not a good sign of honesty with customers. I gave it a go with the mug it was not what I expected,the false advertising was the coffin of nails that made me uninstall.
