So I bought their worthless warranty and within 64 hours of runtime truck is in the shop with a bad fuel pump. Now they claim that there were 93 instances of code triggers with only 7 minutes of engine derating. I had less than 7 to 10 derates and drove it straight to the shop to find out that the fuel pump was failing. Now they won't cover repairs because of the excessive trigger count even if the light doesn't come on and stay on. So if the light flickers pull over and shut down.

It's not the app, it's the TruNorth itself, they'll do anything and everything to get out of paying for your repairs, it's not worth games they play, save your self the miserable time waiting and waiting and did I say waiting just to here them your coverage has been denied.

DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY. I spent 7k on this And every time i try to make a claim they deny it. Its SCAM AND FRAUD. I had a transmission overheating issue got it dyno tested sent pictures of failed component and the warranty people need a video of a running transmission and overheating gears. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GUYS. Try to stay away from TruNorth.
