- TECHNIQUE - we analyze your distance per stroke, stroke rate, and stroke index at 5 different intensity zones to measure whether your technique is improving.
- FITNESS - we measure your swimming speed in 5 different intensity zones. If, over time, you get faster within the same training zones, that means your training is working and your fitness levels have improved.
- ENDURANCE - similar to fitness, we measure your swimming pace in different intensity zones to analyze whether your aerobic and anaerobic endurance improve.
- READINESS - using scientifically based models, we calculate the training load of your sessions, providing you with valuable data to make educated training decisions.

Phlex is a training device every coach and swimmer has been looking for. It provides accurate biometrics to help you track your heart rate, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, DPS, stroke efficiency per stroke, and general fitness. As someone who loves objective data, this wearable is amazing and offers training insights I wish I had when I was a collegiate athlete.
