No. Not what you're looking for. It's a whole separate routine to go through with the phone and the lamp and you wifi each and every night. You can't change anything without connecting to both. It's a hassle, and there is zero functionality as a lamp/light - only as a wake up sunrise/sunset. Expected better functionality at this price range. Better app performance - why WOULDN'T it start up at the same time nightly? Isn't rhythm the goal? Just a confused Hue bulb trying to find it's place.

Please make sure you're connected to the 2.4Ghz network on your router and that the app does not use your cellular data. Contact us via the support section within the app if you need assitance. Won't connect to the clock, even though the clock says it's (still) connected. Just dropped it one day and can't get it back, essentially making it useless. Incredibly unhelpful suggestions within the app, too. I've reset the clock. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Guess I'll be returning it since the app can't remember it. Super irritating and way too expensive to be having these kinds of issues.

This app doesn't work on my phone I cannot get past the profile screen. I've put in the same info about 5 times and the app instantly closes after I put it in. Edit: after the recent update I am now able to use the app with no problems so therefore I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. It works exactly like it is supposed to now I haven't ran into anymore errors. Thank you!
