The app is garbage, don't buy this device. Here's a list: -app recently stopped following feeding plan. I can't get it to re engage the plan. -app notifies you way too often. I don't need a notification for every single feeding, notify me when something goes wrong. -app requires you to give them information they don't need. You need to give them info about your cat before you can set up a plan. I just want a robot that dispenses food in set amounts at specified times. Trash fire of an app.

It's a good app, but could be better. 1. There are modules like "walk pet" that I wish could be deleted from my home screen. I see their value if the apply, but many don't for us and they just take up unnecessary space. 2. I wish that they had stats you could see per pet. If that's available, I haven't found it yet. 3. I would like to be able to see usage over multiple days, rather than one day at a time.

Update: petkit support was great and quickly solved my tech issue. But the nagware/paywall function is really annoying. Do you guys honestly think people are willing to pay for monthly subscriptions for this kind of thing? Rather than paying a monthly fee, I just bought a separate camera. But if you focused on improving your product rather than squeezing extra money out of your customers then I might buy other products & recommend this to friends. You'd probably make more money that way 😒
