The Pavlok 3 device is a unique wearable that allows you to train your mind and body to break bad habits, form healthy ones, and achieve your daily and long-term goals.

The device pairs with a companion app to offer core features and functionalities that work together to help keep you motivated, mindful, and focused throughout the day. Together, these core features enable you to receive haptic stimuli in the form of chimes, vibrations, and electrical impulses, as well as send haptic push notifications to the device using SMS/text and phone calls.

Pavlok app also includes a new “Workflows” feature, which allows selected contacts to send you push-notification stimuli via SMS/text or with a phone call.

The Pavlok 3 device is designed to be worn all day and has a battery life of up to 5 days. It’s also waterproof, so you can wear it while showering and swimming. *problem App won't load. It's been loading with the alarm going off for 20 min. **Jam fixed my issue *larger review I've been using the pavlok 3 device for several months. While the app can be buggy, the device is extremely effective and I highly recommend it. It is pretty customizable. My only wish is that there was a clock on the device.

The app is much improved and stays connected to my Pavlok with much better consistency. There are still some disconnects where the connection between the app and my Pavlok gets dropped. When I open the app to silence the alarm now though, the app connects in a few seconds on its own, without me having to go through the setup syncing process to reconnect like I used to. Progress! I love this device, it's the only thing I can count on to wake me up!

App is good, but needs some improvements. Needs to be resynced , all the time to see the pavlok bluetooth watch. Other devices that are Bluetooth run so much smoother. Lots of options to customize. Overall, I like it, and there is no other choice, so I'm stuck with it. The system has helped me many times, and there is not a lot of competition to chose from.
