Ratings and reviews

I generally enjoy the convenience of parking apps like this. Unfortunately, apps like this sometimes get buggy and continue sending expiration reminders long after I have left the area. That is enough to downgrade one star. Adding insult to injury, I have tried to report the bug five times and repeatedly told that the bug report failed and that I should try again later. That just lost them another star.

Poorly developed APP. Got a new phone so try to set up but does not recognize the pin, then try to reset pin and states that the phone has no internet connection, which is not true as I to uninstalled/install a couple of times. Able to log in into my account on the web... Checked FAQ for solutions and asked to contact support but has no contact info to do so neither APP or web. Phone: Motorola ONE Zoom running Android PIE

This app's sole benefit is avoiding the payboxes. In all other respects its not good. Outrageous transaction fees. Tries to force you to deposit money so they can earn interest on float. Sometimes end of parking notification works, sometimes it doesn't. Can get ticketed even after paying through app due to slow data transfer.
